Yuri did a great job of showing all the dust in the vents and illustrated before and after. I also have a lung issue and so he was mindful of ensuring he did the right thing. it depends People hue has allergies is good every 2 years to clean and sanitize the ductwork,this is what is recommended.Otherwise if you keep the house clean you are taking care of the system,changing a filter frequently every 3-4 years.
